QUALIFYING PERIOD
Applications received between January 1, 2008 and December 31, 2008.
POINT CREDIT
Points are awarded once a case goes “PAID-FOR”. To earn credit, the case must be
premium paying by March 1, 2009. NO CREDIT will be awarded for cases that lapse, NTO or are declined, etc. prior to March 1, 2009.
PRODUCTION POINTS
Points are based on annualized premium for the products listed on the chart below. Each category shows how much annualized premium is required for one (1) point for each specific product.
QUALIFYING LEVELS
Producer and a spouse or guest will qualify to attend the conference
based on the schedule.

TRIP QUALIFIERS
“Qualifiers” based on PAID & PENDING points will be notified the second week in January, 2009. Adjustments, if any, will be made after final figures are determined on March 1, 2009. Attendees will receive a 1099.
PERSISTENCY REQUIREMENT
A potential qualifier is expected to maintain a rolling 13 month level of persistency above 75% with all qualifying cases written through URL. Qualifiers who fall below this level will not be able to attend the conference.
QUALIFIERS MUST REMAIN ACTIVE
A qualifier must continue to be an active producer with URL through May 1, 2009 to be eligible to attend the conference. An “active” producer is one who EARNS AT LEAST FIVE (5) CONFERENCE POINTS DURING THE FIRST FIVE MONTHS OF 2008.
NOTE: URL reserves the right to alter the “PRODUCTION POINT” category if a company makes any changes to their products, commissions or contract during the contest period.
