HealthAmerica Advantra wants to help brokers finish the Medicare Open
Enrollment Period, which ends 3/31/08, in a big way!!!

For applications received between 2/15/08 - 3/31/08 that have March 1, 2008
and April 1, 2008 effective dates, HealthAmerica will pay an extra bonus for
every Advantra HMO application and every Advantra PPO application that is
issued once you send in 12 or more.

The bonus that will be paid, on top of normal broker compensation, will be:

12 - 24 Advantra PPO or HMO applications	$40 per application
25 - 50 Advantra PPO or HMO applications	$50 per application
51 - 75 Advantra PPO or HMO applications	$60 per application
76 + Advantra PPO or HMO applications	$70 per application

Additional Provisions:

• The Advantra HMO and PPO “Finish BIG Bonus Program” applies only to applications and policies that are submitted to HealthAmerica between 2/15/08 - 3/31/08 and are effective March 1, 2008 and April 1, 2008.
• The “Finish BIG Bonus Program” is in addition to the normal broker compensation paid for Advantra PPO and HMO business issued by HealthAmerica Advantra. Bonus will be paid in late April 2008.
• The Advantra PPO or HMO policy must remain in force for a minimum of 3 months. Advantra policies that terminate within 3 months will cause the broker to be charged back for the normal broker compensation and the “Finish BIG Bonus Program.”
• Disputes and interpretations concerning the Coventry Health Care “Finish BIG Bonus Program” shall be decided solely by HealthAmerica.
• The maximum bonus payable to any producing agent or producing insurance agency
  “Finish BIG Bonus Program” is $15,000.
