You will not receive a paper commission statement. You must use the process below to get your statement.
URL Agent Commission Statements are provided on-line via the Internet. Please follow the steps below:
1. Go to the URL agent center web site via www.eAgentCenter.com/URL
1.1. The User ID is your 5-digit URL Agent ID. YOUR URL AGENT ID IS

1.2. If you don’t know your password, try the last six (6) digits of your Tax ID or Social Security No. Once you login, you’ll be asked to change your password. Please make sure that you have a valid email address before proceeding
1.3. If this is the first time you try to log in and you do not know your URL Agent ID or your Tax ID on file, please contact your manager or URL Agent Services
1.4. If you have reset your password and have forgotten about it, you can click the “For Password?” link and your password will be emailed to you.
2. Once login successfully, you’ll see your profile similar to the screen below:

3. Click the “Stmt” button:
3.1. Select the Highmark or HealthAmerica or HealthAmerica Group
3.2. Click “Go”

4. Click on selected agent statements will open it.
